Jilin Chuangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a chemical enterprise engaged in producing industrial formaldehyde solution, urea formaldehyde pre-condensate (UFC), methylal, and urea-formaldehyde glue for environment-friendly artificial board. It was founded by Jilin Forest Industry Co., Ltd. and Meihekou Chuangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. in September 2012. On March 18, 2016, Jilin Forest Industry Co., Ltd. transferred the shares to Jilin Sengong Artificial Board Group Co., Ltd. and 51% of the stock is owned by Artificial Board Group and the rest is owned by Meihekou Chuangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. The company is situated in Huigu Industrial Park, Economic Development Zone, Meihekou City, Jilin Province, China. It occupies an area of 48,000 square meters with building area of 16,500 square meters. The total investment is 15,000 million yuan. Chuangyuan is a key enterprise supported and promoted by Meihekou Government. The company was started to established in September 2012 and was put into operation in September 2014.

    Jilin Chuangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. owns advanced equipment including two sets of formaldehyde production devices, one set of urea formaldehyde pre-condensate (UFC) production device, one set of methylal production device and three sets of urea-formaldehyde glue production devices, and first-class operation and control system. The annual production capacity is 270,000 tons, including 120,000 tons of industrial formaldehyde, 20,000 tons of urea formaldehyde pre-condensate (UFC), 30,000 tons of methylal, and 100,000 tons of urea-formaldehyde glue.

    The technical indicators of our leading product industrial formaldehyde have reached the national superior product standard. Urea-formaldehyde glue for use in environment-friendly artificial board includes urea formaldehyde resin for medium/high density board, urea formaldehyde resin for particle board, and urea formaldehyde resin for plywood. The technical indicators of urea formaldehyde resin have reached international advanced level and formaldehyde emission of artificial board manufactured with these products has reached European E1 grade and E0 grade standard.
